Vaginal Biome Science is actively recruiting study sites to join one of the following

multi-site studies:

• Effects of Flourish HEC Vaginal Care System on Vaginal Microbiome in Women with Recurrent Bacterial Vaginosis

• Effects of Flourish HEC Vaginal Care System in Pre-Menopausal Women with Recurrent Symptomatic Urinary Tract Infections

• Effects of Flourish HEC Vaginal Care System in Menopausal Women with Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections

 

We are also interested in potentially developing studies on other conditions, including:

• Lichens sclerosus

• Endometriosis

• Pessary use

• Aerobic vaginitis

• Vulvovaginal candidiasis

• Fertility

 

Studies are open-label randomized controlled trials. Each participant is enrolled for 6 months and completes 3 study visits. They receive two $50 Amazon gift cards and free study product as compensation for their participation. All products are currently on the market; no investigational drugs are involved. We can provide a remote clinical research coordinator to do screening, informed consent, randomization, and product use instruction, and to administer web-based questionnaires, and we handle IRB submission. If your institution requires use of internal IRB and research team members we can still provide as much support as they will allow, including editing and formatting protocols, consent forms, and marketing flyers. Data collection is relatively low-tech, there is no special software to learn.
